PROJECT: INVEST SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE
CLIENT: TELLING VIDEO for SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNCIL
OBJECTIVE
To create a simple illustrated map that could be animated and feature in a short promotional film for South Gloucestershire Council in order to encourage business investment in the area. The key objective was to show the strong transport links which exist across the region.
The style of the map was for me to develop, but I have incorporated the Council’s brand colour palette and standard typeface.

The map was created as vector artwork. This meant that at the animation stage it would be possible to zoom in to small areas of the map without any loss of resolution, and all elements would remain sharp.
